For over a decade, I walked closely with high school students through their learning, growth, and transition into adulthood. Alongside this, I co-founded a mentorship initiative supporting learners in rural schools—young people with immense potential, yet limited exposure to the possibilities before them.

A Pattern I Could Not Ignore

And yet, many young people—and their families—are navigating this journey without the structure or insight it deserves.
