Refunds & Cancellation

We value your time and ours, and we aim to ensure fairness and clarity in all bookings.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session may not be eligible for a refund
No-shows are considered completed sessions

Refunds are generally not provided once a session has been delivered. Exceptions may be made in special circumstances at our discretion.

For group sessions and school programs, cancellations should be made at least 7 days in advance.
