I believe every student deserves the clarity to dream, the confidence to act, and the guidance to thrive.

For over a decade, I walked the path of an educator, teaching Spanish, mentoring students, and leading with heart and intention. But beyond the classroom, I discovered a deeper calling: to walk alongside young people as they navigate life’s big questions—Who am I? What am I here to do? How do I get there?

That calling led to the birth of Nawiri Career Enhancement Services Ltd, where I now serve as Founder and Lead Coach. At Nawiri, we help students move from confusion to clarity—empowering them to discover their strengths, make informed decisions, and walk boldly toward a purpose-filled future.

My approach blends strategic career guidance with mindset coaching, values-based reflection, and a deep understanding of the challenges youth face today. I bring to the table not just tools and frameworks, but empathy, lived experience, and an unwavering belief in every young person’s potential.
